Helpful info
You’ll need to swipe your fob at the servery for each meal.
Late meals and packed options are available when needed.
If you’re unwell, meals can be arranged to be delivered to your room.

👋 Getting Help & Support
After‑hours support is available 24/7 via the Duty RA or Community Supervisor
Call (02) 9856 1000 anytime.
Resident Advisers (RAs) live on each floor and are your first point of contact for support, questions, or concerns.
🔑 Keys, Fobs & Access
You’ll be issued a room key and fob/wristband for building access and meals.
Always lock your room and never lend your key or fob to anyone.
Lost your fob or key? Replacements are available at reception (a fee applies)
🧹 Cleaning & Linen
Room cleaning is provided weekly or fortnightly, depending on your wing.
Fresh bed linen can be exchanged weekly at the Linen cupboard on Wednesday.
You’re responsible for keeping your room reasonably tidy between cleans
🛠️ Maintenance
Urgent or hazardous issues should be reported immediately to Reception or the Duty RA after hours.
All non‑urgent issues should be reported using the online maintenance request form or QR codes around College.
🤫 Noise & Quiet Hours
If noise is bothering you call the after‑hours support on (02) 9856 1000
Noise should be kept to a respectful level at all times.
Quiet hours apply from 11pm, and 9pm during exam periods.
