Payment options
Accommodation fees for each semester must be paid in full before that semester begins. If you choose to stay at the College during the winter or summer break, the fees for that additional stay must also be paid in advance.
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
Pay in full and save
Students who pay their full semester accommodation fees by the dates below will receive a 2% discount.
2% discount payment deadlines:
Semester 1, 2027: Before 7 February 2027
Semester 2, 2027: Before 11 July 2027
Paying in instalments with Edstart
Eligible Australian residents may be able to pay their accommodation fees in instalments through Edstart, an independent finance provider.
To arrange a payment plan, contact Edstart directly to check your eligibility. If approved, please let the College know and provide written confirmation of your approved arrangement before the semester begins.
Please note that submitting an application does not mean your payment plan has been approved. Fees remain payable until approval is confirmed.
Staying for the full academic year
Accommodation fees are based on ongoing occupancy throughout the academic year, excluding the mid-year break.
If you leave the College before the end of your accommodation agreement, break contract fees may apply. Please refer to the College Handbook and Accommodation Contract for further information.
