Move Out Day

All students are expected to move out of their college accommodation by  10am on Saturday 28th November 2026. Whether that be packing up your belongings to move home for the summer, or into another room for your Summer Break Extension.

In advance of this day, your Community Supervisor will provide you with bin bags and information sheets to help you prepare. The checklist should be followed by everyone even if you are moving out before the 28 November. If you require more bin bags, please let the office know.

If you are unsure about anything, please ask your RA as they are professionals on move out day.

When you do move out, please ensure storage rooms are kept neat and tidy! If you are leaving college, please make sure you have left nothing behind in your room. If you are returning next year, you have a maximum of 2 sealed containers with your name and number on both items in your store cupboards.

All keys and fobs must be handed back in for during the summer period.

We want checkout day to run as smoothly as possible.
